Per la prima collezione stagionale, Acne Studios Blå Konst si ispira alla vita all’aria aperta degli svedesi e alla funzionalità della divisa dell’artista. Afferma Jonny Johansson, direttore creativo: “Mi piace lavorare su un capo basico ed iconico ed elevarlo ad un livello più artistico. Vedo chi lo indossa come un artista, che sa pazientemente trasformare il proprio capo in qualcosa di diverso. Acne Studios, last april, presented a new denim collection named Acne Studios Blå Konst: a simultaneous and permanent collection, for both men and women, focused on six different shapes of jeans. Every season they’ll be enriched by different decorative elements and they’ll be matched with other denim garments- jackets, shorts, skirts. For its first collection, Acne Studios Blå Konst draws inspiration from the outdoor life of the Swedish and the functionality of the artist’s clothes. As Jonny Johansson, creative director, says: “I like working on a basic and iconic garment and elevating it to a more artistic level. I see who wears it as an artist, that patiently knows how to transform it in something different.
